Shop Manager – Stock & Business Management App (“Shop Manager”, “we”, “our”, or “the App”) is designed to help shop owners manage inventory, sales, customers, suppliers, payments, and business records efficiently.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal and business information.

Shop Manager does not collect data on external servers.

The App stores the following information locally on your device only, based on user input:

• Product information (name, price, quantity)

• Customer information (name, phone number, due or balance)

• Supplier information

• Sales, purchase, payment, and transaction records

• Images added by the user (such as product or payment method images)

We do not automatically collect personal data.

3. Data Storage & Security

• All data is stored locally on the user’s device.

• The App does not use cloud storage or remote databases.

• Data is shared externally only when the user explicitly exports, shares, or prints reports.

• Users are responsible for securing access to their device.

4. Permissions Used

Shop Manager requests limited permissions strictly for core functionality:

• Storage / Media access – to save backups, restore data, export PDF reports, and attach images selected by the user.

• Internet access – only for optional features such as sharing files or future updates.

The App does not use permissions for tracking, profiling, or surveillance.

5. Advertisements

Currently, the App does not display advertisements.

If advertisements are added in future versions, they will comply with Google Play policies, and this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share user data with third parties.

Data is shared only when the user manually chooses to export, share, or print reports.

7. Children’s Privacy

Shop Manager is not intended for children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. User Control

Users have full control over their data. They can:

• Add, edit, or delete any stored data

• Export or delete backup files at any time

• Uninstall the App to permanently remove all local data
